Fruit Tea-
This is classed as a fruit melange or infusion, not a traditional tea. Leaves, berries, seeds, and roots can be steeped in water to create an infusion or tisane, if they are boiled it is called a decoction.
This concentrated fruit alternative is packed with forest fruits and has a distinctive strawberry-rhubarb taste. It is refreshing and flavoursome.
It is delicious infused and mixed with natural yoghurt and topped with muesli.
We frequently sell this berry mix to be blended with black tea to create a lighter breakfast tea
Brewing: Warm pot: Use fresh spring or bottled water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Storage: Ensure bag is resealed and stored away from light, heat and humidity.
