We travel the world seeking out fantastic quality green coffees for our blends and single origins, from countries like Papua New Guinea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Yemen and the islands of Indonesia. We can now offer the serious coffee lover the chance to buy these beans in their raw state, and roast them according to your own tastes and philosophies. There are many ways to roast coffee, but we recommend the Hottop Roaster (it's what we use!) for small volumes suitable for home use. Next time you have guests for dinner, don't just offer coffee-offer them a choice of your own freshly roasted single origins and blends!

Colombian Supremo Huila Green Beans

This remarkable Colombian is actually natural, or dry processed, and guaranteed 95% screen 18 size beans. Coming from one farm in Huila, Colombia, this coffee is imported by the farmer's son, who rightfully takes great pride in his product. It is certainly the best Colombian we've tasted, tribute to a well managed sustainable plantation. Try roasting this one to the early stage of second crack, bringing out the fantastic body without compromising the clear, clean flavours.

Harar is one of our favourite Ethiopians, deep, intense and heavy bodied with blueberry fruit overtones. One of the most distinguished coffees around, we don't generally blend this but the potential is there for some amazing results.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Green Beans

From the home of coffee, this Yirgacheffe brings an experience like no other in the business. Sweet jasmine and citrus floral aromas are followed through in the remarkable flavour and light body of this superb coffee. Rewards will be found in a slightly lighter roast style, and brewing in the plunger or siphon.

India Monsoon Malabar Green Beans

This unique coffee is specially prepared in coastal warehouses over several months. The coffee is periodically exposed to the moist sea air during as careful ageing process which results in a heavy bodied, creamy, spicy and slightly briny flavour. Something of a cult coffee, it is an ideal plunger bean, and makes it's presence known when added judiciously to an espresso blend.
