Home Roasting Course

$295.00 per person (includes lunch)

This course, created specifically for home roasters and coffee fanatics is designed to take your understanding of coffee to a new level. The course will provide an in depth coverage of coffee growing, processing, roasting and tasting. You will select your green beans from a variety of single origins beans now available, achieve different roast profiles on our new domestic Hottop Roaster, do your very own roast then cup your coffee. This is the only course of its kind available in Australia and our trainers and roasters have come together to see it meets the excellent standards provided by Toby's Estate. This course is strictly limited to a maximum of 4 people per course and lunch is included.
