Barista Registration Terms & Conditions

The Barista Placement Program ("Program") is a free service provided by Toby’s Estate. The Program helps to introduce baristas to potential job opportunities with cafes, restaurants or other third party businesses registered in the Program ("Employer").

Taking part in the Program is completely optional and voluntary.

If you are a barista wishing to take part in the Program, you must register with Toby's Estate and agree to all the Terms & Conditions which include the following specific terms and conditions of the Program.

Toby's Estate has the right not to enroll you in the Program or remove/disqualify or suspend you from the Program if you do not comply with the Terms & Conditions.

Toby's Estate does not guarantee the availability of any job opportunities with any Employer and will not be liable to you if during your participation in the Program, there are no job opportunities available.

Failure to arrive at your assigned job as agreed will result in disqualification from the Program.

Toby's Estate does not endorse or recommend any Employer or any job opportunity offered by an Employer and we strongly recommend that you obtain your own independent legal, financial, employment or other appropriate advice before accepting any job offer or entering into any employment agreement with an Employer. You are solely responsible to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, suitability, usefulness of any information provided to you through the Program including information on job opportunities and/or Employers and Toby's Estate will not be liable to you for any decision or action taken by you in reliance of such information.

Once you are registered in the Program, you are required to notify Toby's Estate immediately of any changes to your availability.

Employment resulting from an introduction by Toby's Estate must be advised immediately. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the Program.

You agree and acknowledge that any job opportunity or job offer notified to you through the Program is offered by an Employer and not Toby's Estate and Toby's Estate will not be liable to you for wages, benefits or any form of compensation.
