Nestled between Prada and Gucci on Castlereagh Street, the concept shop went through a complete makeover in 2018 bringing the tiny back space to life. The team is dedicated to making your shopping experience even more enjoyable with a great coffee. The house blend is the infamous Woolloomooloo and they also offer a monthly rotating single origin at no extra cost for you to discover new flavours from around the world. The shop offers a selection of pastries and a range of grab n go options for breakfast and lunch. If you really love Toby's Estate coffee, you can also purchase coffee for use at home and they even grind the coffee on demand if you don't have a grinder at home. For the home barista they also have a selection of filter papers and pour over equipment.
