Our Sydney flagship is an experiential-based venue breaking down the walls between the customer and the barista for a coffee experience like no other.
Rather than the barista on one side and the customer on the other, the island brew bar is a feature of the cafe, allowing customers to get up close, ask questions and share our passion for coffee. If you prefer to watch from afar, see the magic happen from the overhead mirrors.
Glass doors at the back of the cafe give customers a behind-the-scenes look into our roastery, where our roasting team are hard at work crafting and creating your favourite espresso blends, our monthly Single Origins and the limited-edition Flavour Savours.
It’s not all coffee though. Customers can relish a bite to eat too. For something hearty, tuck into our ever-changing toasties and baguettes. Or if you crave something sweet, our counter is filled with sweet treats and pastries.
