Grown in Burundi’s Muyinga region and processed at the renowned Nyamaso Washing Station, this coffee reflects the care and precision of over 1,100 smallholder farmers working with Bugestal. Fully washed and meticulously sorted, the beans undergo a detailed fermentation and drying process that brings out their vibrant character and refined sweetness.

The flavour profile is crisp and elegant: think grapefruit, apricot, butterscotch. It’s lively without being sharp, sweet without being heavy – and absolutely delightful as a filter brew or a bright espresso. We chose Nyamaso for its clarity, traceability, and the story it tells in every cup. It’s the kind of coffee that shines whether you’re brewing for a cupping table or a quiet morning ritual.
