Flavour: Dried cherry, chocolate, pecan
Emilio Lopez Diaz is something of a rock star in the coffee growing world. Working on his family’s farm in El Salvador, he has pioneered techniques for growing better quality coffee and has also invented equipment and systems for improving working conditions on his plantation, Cuatro M (pictured above). Emilio also teaches for the Coffee Quality Institute and exports his techniques to other farmers around the world. He also has rock star hair, but that’s another story.
On rotation this month from Emilio's farm, is our El Salvador La Cumbre - a lovely and delicate washed espresso with a beautiful refined structure and notes of candied cherry, maple syrup, pecan, sultana and chocolate.
