This course covers: - Coffee history, species and varietals, agriculture, harvesting and processing. - Roasting, origins and blends, storage and freshness - Espresso machine and grinder orientation - Manual grind, dose, tamp, and extraction - Milk texturing, pouring, crema retention and basic latte art - Basic equipment cleaning.
