Looking to experience and see your coffee through a new light? Our Alternate Brew Method classes shine the spotlight on the increasingly popular brew methods including the Chemex, Aeropress, Siphon and V60.

In our classes, we take a hands- on approach to showing you the intricate art of alternate brewing, while walking you through the amazing world of filter roast and our single origin coffees.

Over the course of the class you’ll uncover the magical interplay between grind size, dose, brew time and temperature in order to unlock the complex yet subtle flavours that each coffee brewing method produces.

During this three hour session, you’ll learn about different filter roasts, origins, varietals and processing techniques and how each brew method differs.

Our class is suitable for beginners and connoisseurs alike, you’ll leave with a detailed insight into the wonderful world of speciality coffee so you can achieve the best results with every cup!

This class is truly an intimate learning experience, as each class is limited to 6 people.
