Aricha sits just outside Yirgacheffe and brings together smallholder farmers from the nearby village of Edido. The cherries are picked by hand and naturally processed on raised beds - simple, careful work that’s been refined over time.

This coffee has all the hallmarks of a great natural Ethiopian. We’ve roasted it for a cleaner profile that lets that tropical sweetness shine through. It’s fruit-forward, high in flavour intensity, and balanced in a way that keeps you coming back for another sip. One for the flavour seekers - hard not to love. The coffee team’s calling this an early crowd favourite, and honestly, we can see why.
