We’re calling our single origin lineup a little differently this year - not by month, but by number. Welcome to Rotation 2. Fresh coffees are in, spanning the tried-and-true and the curveballs - with a couple that genuinely surprised the team when we tasted them blind.

Single Origin Espresso

Baroida Estate, Papua New Guinea

Baroida Estate kicks off lively and bright with layered fruit and a dense, structured feel. Give it a little rest and it settles beautifully, revealing more balance, more clarity, and a finish that stays with you.

Indragiri, Indonesia

Indragiri comes from a cluster of small farms in Bandung, West Java — tiny plots, big flavour potential. The region’s known for its unique processing traditions, but here the producers lean into modern methods too. This one is dense, expressive, and very fun to dial in.

Chelbesa, Ethiopia

This washed lot comes from Chelbesa Gedeb Washing Station — a woman‑owned operation championing women farmers and investing deeply in its community. During harvest, 150 workers manage 150 raised beds with a level of care you can taste in the cup.

La Cumbre, Costa Rica

As a black honey filter, La Cumbre is bright and expressive with a round, gentle sweetness — a combination that feels both polished and inviting.

Finca Las Flores, Honduras

Distinctly Honduran, Finca Las Flores sits in La Paz, one of Honduras’ most important coffee regions known for its altitude and cool climate. Picked ripe, sorted carefully, and dried low-and-slow, this coffee brings lively, tangy acidity with a playful sweetness

Inmaculada, Coffee Farms Colombia

Inmaculada sits high in the Andes in Pichindé, surrounded by the lush biodiversity of the Farallones de Cali Natural Park. The Holguín‑Ramos family established the farm in 2010, focusing on rare varieties and meticulous processing across four micro‑farms with their own microclimates.

Alo Estate, Ethiopia

This naturally processed lot is fermented and dried slowly on raised beds, producing Alo’s signature “mini” beans — small in size, big in flavour. Expect an exceptionally vibrant, fruit‑forward cup with real personality.
