Rotation 3 has landed. Fresh coffees are in, spanning some familiar favourites and new arrivals that open up the longer you sit with them. It's a lineup that reflects the careful work of producers, ready for you to taste your way through.

Single Origin Espresso

Ti Paung, Myanmar

Ti Paung’s coffee arrives however it can - usually on the back of a motorbike or on trucks already heading out of the village for market day or family events. It’s a simple setup that reflects how things operate in Ti Paung - practical, close-knit, and built around the rhythms of the village.

El Sendero, Guatemala

El Sendero is produced by Benito Ramos, a second-generation coffee producer in the Huehuetenango region. Cherries are picked across three passes to ensure only the ripest are harvested, then fermented, soaked, and dried on patios, a process that mirrors the care in each cup.

Wa Ran, Myanmar

This anaerobic natural starts out round and chocolatey that gradually opens to strawberry, blackcurrant, and soft berry sweetness layered over a velvety mouthfeel. As it cools, the chocolate runs quietly through the cup, creating a coffee that keeps evolving and rewarding attention – it’s one to let sink in.

Banko Gotiti, Ethiopia

Best enjoyed as a batch brew or pour-over, the cup rewards curiosity and patience — it’s a coffee to experience as a whole rather than picking it apart for one note.

Carmen, Montoya, Colombia

Carmen Montoya has been growing coffee in the mountains of Urrao, Antioquia for more than 20 years. Her Chiroso variety gained recognition in 2014 with a Cup of Excellence win, and she’s now a leading producer championing the varietal.

Bambito Estate, Panama

Bambito Estate comes from the Amar Sittón family, who have been farming coffee in the highlands of Volcán Barú for five generations. This washed Geisha was 1st place in the 2021 Best Of Panama competition. In the cup, sweetness and floral elegance grows as it cools.
