February 2026 Single Origin Rotation
15th Jan 2026
February marks the real start of the year— the holidays behind us and the year properly underway. We’re kicking off 2026 with a fresh rotation that’s easy to return to and interesting enough to keep you coming back. This lineup features coffees that show care and character in every step— from fruit-forward naturals grown high in the hills to crisp washed lots from volcanic soils. Some hit bold and upfront, others reveal themselves slowly as you sip. As the year begins, this rotation invites you to slow down, pour a cup, and settle in to the first stories of 2026.
Single Origin Espresso
Guji Guribea, Ethipia
We’ve brought Guribea in as an espresso to showcase what Guji is doing right now, leaning into a profile that evolves as it ages - starting brighter with fresh berries, then settling into richer, more complex territory with berry compote tones and deeper chocolate notes.
Monte Brisas, Costa Rica
There’s a familiarity that echoes Monte Brisas’ natural lots, but with more clarity and less funk - bold, vibrant, and controlled. That intensity gives baristas plenty to work with - whether it’s stretched at longer ratios when fresh, or brewed after some rest to bring things into clearer focus with a higher dose.
La Colina, Guatemala
While many coffees sourced from the country tend to come out of Huehuetenango, this lot sits outside the usual pattern, offering a slightly different expression from Chimaltenango. It’s a washed Caturra, a clean cup with acidity that stands out early and carries well as the coffee ages.
Filter Single Origins
Ndundu, Kenya
This one comes from the Ndundu factory, part of the Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society, the largest cooperative in Kiambu County. It's the kind of coffee that’s easy to drink every day, but still feels exciting – a cracker opener in a strong run of African coffees
Gakenke, Burundi
Burundi Gakenke is one of those coffees that quietly wins you over the longer you sit with it. It comes from the Gakenke Washing Station in Kayanza, where thousands of farmers - most working with just a few hundred trees on tiny plots - bring their cherry each harvest
Riverdale Estate, India
This lot, White Rose Natural, takes care a step further: only the densest cherries are used, triple-washed with spring water, then fermented with rose petals before a long, slow dry on raised beds. That rose-petal fermentation isn’t a novelty add-on - it shapes how the coffee develops over time.
Fina Las Flores Floral Symphony, Colombia
Floral Symphony leans hard into its name, with a profile that reads distinctly botanical from the first sip. What you’ll get is a coffee with notable flavour density and concentration, a hallmark of this style of processing.
