Remember when you were a kid and dessert for breakfast (and every other meal) was the dream? We’ve cracked the code; pretend you’re an adult whilst unleashing your inner ankle-biter. With tasting notes of strawberries & cream, Neapolitan ice cream, fruit loops, and cherry, we say strawberry sundaes are for always.
Roasted with the frothers in mind (any milk choice will do); a sweet & creamy tasting experience that’ll amp your inner kid.
How do they do it?
Strawberry Sundae is all about 4 key components: Vanilla, Marzipan and Pink Champagne infused coffees and most importantly - coffee roasting finesse. Infused coffee, “Is that flavoured syrup?” Nope, but that’s a fair guess. Curious about how our roasters were able to nail these crazy flavours? Meet coffee producer, Rodrigo Sanchez.
Rodrigo is a fourth-generation coffee producer based in Huila, Colombia. His family has been in the specialty coffee scene for 21 years, with 420 hectares of land in coffee production. Thanks to his innovative experimental processing methods, particularly with the infusion of different fruits and flavours in his coffees, his farms produce unique profiles recognised globally.
