Chippendale Flagship Cafe & Roastery

Our flagship cafe and roastery is located in the bustling neighbourhood of Chippendale.

Through the cafe you get an insight about what goes into making the coffee you drink on the daily. Behind the glass window you will see the Toby's Estate roasting team hard at work crafting and curating their famous espresso blends and exquisite mix of rotating single origin coffees.

At the brew bar customers get the opportunity to try any one of the 4 monthly filter single origins on offer from countries all over the world. On the espresso bar sits a beautiful custom black Synesso Hydra, here the team of baristas pump out the El Futuro house blend and the rotating espresso single origin for customers queuing up at the street window. The new spring menu has just landed and there are some delicious new additions to the menu whether you are after a healthy option (you can't go past the charred greens) or something more indulgent (we recommend the pancake stack)! At the back of the cafe consumers can browse the broad range of retail coffee available for use at home. If you don't have a grinder don't worry the cafe team will be more than happy to grind the coffee fresh for you.
