The Roastery at Chippendale
Glass doors at the back of the Chippo café open straight onto the roastery floor, a behind-the-scenes look at the real work. Our roasting team is in there daily, crafting the espresso blends, monthly Single Origins and limited-edition Flavour Savours you'll find on the menu out front.

Our flagship café, crowned "The World's Best Coffee Shop" at the inaugural World's 100 Best Coffee Shops Gala in Madrid. The island brew bar breaks down the wall between barista and customer, get up close, ask questions, or watch from the overhead mirrors if you'd rather stay back. Toasties and baguettes for something hearty, sweet treats and pastries for something else.
