In the cup, everything feels in sync. Acidity, flavour, finish, and mouthfeel - all four attributes work together in a really structured way. The acidity is bright but refined, the sweetness is clear, and the mouthfeel adds a smooth, creamy weight to it all (check out our Coffee Card below).
When the team tasted it as espresso, we picked up notes of dried apricot, jaffa, and dulce de leche. Juicy, balanced, and layered - it’s the kind of coffee that’s easy to enjoy but still keeps you interested.
