July Jumbo is one of those coffees that surprises you with its tropical edge and clean structure. It’s a Typica lot grown by the Jumbo family at 1,800 metres in Ecuador’s Loja highlands — a multi-generational project grounded in tradition and driven by innovation. The cherries undergo an anaerobic natural process, a method that enhances sweetness and complexity while preserving the coffee’s clean character.

The flavour profile is bright and exotic: strawberry, pink lady apple, and finishing off with black forest cake. We chose July Jumbo for its expressive cup and the story of a family pushing boundaries in one of Ecuador’s most promising coffee regions.
