2026 Single Origin Rotation 7

2026 Single Origin Rotation 7

5th Aug 2026

It's that time again. Rotation 7 has landed, bringing a diverse lineup of coffees across espresso and filter. You'll find some familiar favourites and a seasonal blend joining the mix - for the first time ever, Juicy Fruit as espresso!

They're only here for a short time, so grab them while they're still on the shelves.

Single Origin Espresso

Daterra - Moonlight, Brazil

Moonlight combines two of Daterra's signature processing styles: pulped natural and dried-on-tree natural. The blend was originally designed to shine as a refreshing cold brew, but it also happens to make a seriously balanced espresso. By combining the caramel sweetness of pulped natural with the bright citrus lift of dried-on-tree coffee, Daterra has created a cup that's approachable, layered and easy to keep coming back to.

Monte Bonito, Colombia

High in Colombia's Andes, the small farming community of Monte Bonito is helping write a new chapter for specialty coffee in the region.
Castillo Naranjal cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, fermented for 12–14 hours, washed, then dried slowly under sun canopies before resting for 30 days. The result is a washed Colombian that feels clean, composed and quietly expressive.

Juicy Fruit Version 8

Juicy Fruit is our take on a seasonal blend, bringing together passionfruit, cola and honey in one seriously layered cup. It's intense from the first sip, then gradually opens into more complexity as it cools. Bright acidity, integrated sweetness and a rounded mouthfeel make this one of those coffees that's just as fun to analyse as it is to simply drink.

Single Origin Filter

Kiangothe, Kenya

The Kiangothe coffee factor sits near the Mount Kenya forest, where more than 1,300 farmers deliver cherries to the local factory. Fresh mountain water flows through every stage of processing, while agronomists work closely with growers to continually improve quality across the region. Hand sorting, overnight fermentation and careful drying on raised beds produce a coffee that captures everything people love about a washed Kenyan.

Frisna Collective, Indonesia

The Frisna Collective centres around Wildan Mustofa's family estate in West Java. Wildan oversees the agricultural and processing side of the business, while his wife Atieq handles contracts and their son Fikri does the cupping. The coffee is rinsed, sorted, and depulped the same day it's delivered, and fermented for 18 hours.

Chelbesa, Ethiopia

This lot comes from Chelbesa Gedeb Washing Station, managed by an exclusively woman-owned exporter focused on creating more opportunities for women across Ethiopia's coffee industry. During harvest, a team of around 150 seasonal workers process cherries from surrounding smallholder farms. Slow cherry maturation at these elevations helps develop the vibrant florals and fruit Ethiopia is known for.

El Diviso, Colombia

At El Diviso, natural processing is not left to chance, it is engineered.  For this Sidra lot, the team applies highly controlled protocol that balances fruit expression with clarity. El Diviso focuses on precision intervention at every stage, allowing the coffee's intrinsic sugars and varietal character to dominate, while avoiding the heavy, over-fermented profiles often associated with naturals.
