Introducing Panna Cotta, the 14th Flavour Savour inspired by the classic Italian sweet & creamy pudding. When Italy stops dishing up classics, we’ll stop with stealing them. Watch out for this one, you might get the flavour wobbles.

 

Expect silky smooth sips with notes of peach, dollop cream, apricot danish, and mixed berry compote. It’s creamy, it’s dreamy, and it’s best with whatever milk you fancy.

Get the Italian jelly, or miss out… and get jelly. Panna Cotta is a limited-edition release—so once it’s gone, it’s gone.

 


 

The Magic Behind the Wobble

This isn’t syrup. And it’s definitely not flavouring. The magic starts at the farm, where the coffee goes through a co-fermentation process—thanks to fourth-gen coffee producer Rodrigo Sanchez in Huila, Colombia. Rodrigo’s made a name for himself in the specialty coffee scene with his experimental processing methods. By fermenting coffee cherries with fruits and botanicals, he pulls out flavour profiles that are wild, complex, and somehow still let the coffee speak for itself.

 

Then we take it from there—roasting to highlight those unique flavours and bring out even more clarity and balance in the cup.
