Our coffee grid is designed to help you quickly find the perfect coffee for your taste
and brew method.
At Toby's, we've developed a tasting tool called "THE GRID". This measures the intensity
of the four key attributes found in espresso: acidity, flavour, finish, and mouthfeel.
Each coffee and blend is assigned an intensity level for each attribute and it must hit
this level before it can be released for sale. Our confidence in this program comes from
having a fixed recipe for each coffee, allowing us to understand and taste any changes
in environment, roast, or coffee quality.
Description
This unique Stagg pour-over kettle features a precision pour spout and a built-in brew-range thermometer
Considered one of the most stylish and functional pour-over kettles available, the Fellow Stagg is designed for slow and steady pouring. A counter-weighted handle adds stability and comfort, regardless of how full the kettle is. Take the guess-work out of the brew temperature, with the built-in thermometer. This 1L kettle is compatible with most stove tops (induction top must be compatible with 304 grade stainless steel).
Features:
- Precision Pouring - The gooseneck precision spout enables a slow and steady pour for increased control and balanced pour over brewing.
- Counterweighted Handle - With a centre of mass at the back of your hand, pouring is comfortable and controlled, even when the kettle is full.
- Brew Range Thermometer - Know the exact temperature of your water with the attached thermometer that highlights the ideal brewing range of 90 to 95 degrees.
- Stainless Steel Body - Durably constructed to be compatible with gas, electric and almost all induction cooktops (induction top must be compatible with 304 grade stainless steel).
Please note, placing the kettle on rough or unclean surfaces, as well as normal daily use on cooktops especially gas, will damage the finish on the bottom of the kettle. This is normal wear and does not affect functionality.
