Our Coffee

We use only 100% high grade Arabica beans. Sourced and selected for their seasonal features, these coffees have been carefully roasted to create a choice of quality espresso blends varying in strength, body, acidity, flavour and aroma.

Espresso Rico

Toby’s first blend is a true labour of love. Complex and intensely aromatic with notes of cocoa, butterscotch, vanilla and blueberry and a pronounced, sparkling sweetness. Deftly balanced and refined, Rico is our most sophisticated coffee.

Woolloomooloo

Our most popular blend, Woolly is a big mouthful of body and flavour. Syrupy and round with notes of spice, earth, cocoa and caramel and a hint of brightness to keep it lively. Woolly has enormous presence in milk and makes a memorable and unique black coffee, at once bold and soft. Easy to work with and provides excellent results with all brew methods and experience levels.

Broadway

Praline and toffee are the central notes of this rich, sweet blend. Wonderfully complex and chunky with hints of thyme and berry, Broadway is a lovely milk or black coffee with a smooth, lingering finish.

Fairtrade Organic

Big and velvety, this blend has great body and intensity. It contains tones of cocoa, walnut, cedar and spice, and great presence in milk. Certified Organic and Fairtrade.

Brunswick (exclusive to VIC)

Bold, sweet and beautifully structured, with flavours of caramel, hazelnut and praline. Perfectly suited to milk.

Organic Decaffeinated

Certified Organic and Fairtrade, this coffee is decaffeinated without chemicals using the Swiss Water method. This coffee is rich in flavour with notes of vanilla, almond and caramel with a nice brightness to it which is unusual in decaf.

Single Origins

We roast a large selection of top quality Single Origin beans daily. These include estate, plantation, cooperative, organic, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance coffees.
