Single Origin Espresso
Kiangothe, Kenya
The cooperative at Kiangothe Coffee Factory works closely with farmers through agronomy training, helping them improve both quality and yields. The result is a coffee shaped by a community that’s investing in better coffee, from the farm right through to the cup.
La Reforma, El Salvador
Produced by the Alvarez family, this naturally processed Red Bourbon balances comforting sweetness with a bright, juicy lift. Notes of milk chocolate, caramel and butterscotch form the foundation, while a vibrant citric acidity and silky mouthfeel bring clarity and balance to every sip. Familiar and approachable, it’s offers plenty to enjoy whether you’re new to specialty coffee or simply looking for an easy-drinking espresso.
Pa-O, Myanmar
Cherries are checked at local village stations, collected daily and taken for processing on the same day to protect their quality. The project also trains and employs local women in processing and hand-sorting, connecting more than 1,000 farmers with the specialty coffee market.
Single Origin Filter
Hambela, Ethiopia
From Ethiopia’s Guji region, this coffee brings together mixed varieties grown by smallholder farmers across the area. Its anaerobic natural processing delivers a cup where the flavours are clear and distinct, with structure that carries from the first sip through to the finish.
Ratnagiri Estate, India
This lot uses SLN 9 cherries, which undergo 36 hours of carbonic maceration with selected yeast cultures before a carefully controlled thermal shock. The coffee is heated to 47°C, rapidly cooled to 7°C, then slowly dried on raised beds over 25 days. It’s an intricate process, and the result is a coffee that stands apart from what we typically see from India.
Aromas Del Valle, Peru
This lot comes from José Palomino, known locally as the “Guardian of Coffee from San Felipe.” José farms with his family in the dry climate and fertile soils of San Felipe, where he’s constantly experimenting and refining how he processes his coffee. It’s a coffee that reflects both José’s family roots and his willingness to keep pushing things forward.
Gesha Village - Oma Lot 140, Ethiopia
Back for a second round, Gesha Village made too much of an impression to leave behind after its last appearance. With its vibrant florals, juicy fruit character and ever-changing cup profile, it’s a coffee well worth revisiting.
