Our April Single Origin Line Up

A journey through diverse flavours and experiences. From the Brazilian allure of Daterra to Guatemala's Tinamit Tolimán, each brew promises a unique taste sensation. Dive into the paradoxical flavours of Juicy Fruit Version 5, then savour the comforting simplicity of El Salvador's La Cumbre. Experience Myanmar's extraordinary Wa Lee and the refined elegance of Panama's El Burro Lot#16.

Single Origin Espresso

Summer Solstice, Brazil

Daterra is a household (at least in Toby’s house) name in our monthly rotation, and for good reason. From the mind-blowing landscapes of Minas Gerais, this beauty is a testament to meticulous care from cultivation to right there in your cup. A bean with spine-tingling, summer breeze like freshness – and that’s before we’ve even roasted.

When roasted, Summer Solstice transforms into sweet, juicy notes of yellow peach, the winey, delicate flavour of cherry compote, followed by the classic Daterra quality of rich milk chocolate.

Tinamit Tolimán, Guatemala

A classic washed Guat will display simple flavours and sparkling acidity. Due to the high altitude (2000MASL) in which Tinamit Tolimán is grown, the coffee cherries develop much slower resulting in an enhanced sweetness and so much more.

Experience the sweet citrus acidity of blood orange, the deep, jammy texture of canned peaches, followed by the lingering and round sweetness of praline. Caution, it may knock your socks off.

Single Origin Filter

Juicy Fruit Version 5 200g

The only way to make something juicier is to add more juice. We know this because we looked it up and found it in a study based numerous other studies that resulted in an irrefutable confirmation. We’ve juiced this filter blend right up by combining multiple super juicy coffees into one Juicy Fruit to rule them all.

Complex malic acidity, like blackcurrant, anchored by the bursting juiciness of red guava, transforming into the fragrant sweetness of mango yogurt – it’s very juicy.

La Cumbre, El Salvador 200g

Life is complex, so sometimes all you need is the slurp of a simple, uncomplicated filter. A deep, soft, blackberry-acidity makes way for a subtle dark chocolate finish, all the while underpinned by honey-like sweetness from beginning to end. It’s the gateway to the simple life. .

We Lee, Myanmar 200g

Upon sipping this otherworldly offering from Myanmar, ET phoned home... and the guy snitched. He was overheard saying “It takes off like the bite of a cherry with deep, mellow acidity... it’s layered with notes of maple syrup, culminating into decadent liquorice!” Firstly, we thought his vocabulary was quite limited. Secondly, grab a bag quick before his familia clean it up and launch back into the cosmos!

El Burro Lot#16, Panama 100g

If you know El Burro, then you know they are one of the elite coffee producers in the world and then we’d imagine you’ll skip straight to the add to cart button. If not, it’s ok, let’s talk it out... then you can ‘add to cart’.

Pristine, polished, exquisite, refined, glistening – not all terms you’d think when talking coffee but completely appropriate when describing this off the hook Panama Geisha. An exquisite fugue (a musical term to flex how cultured we are) of elegant white nectarine entwining with subtle honeysuckle, which then leisurely sways into delicate jasmine tea.

A coffee that is both hard to come by and truly elite. Give it a go, because it’s El Burro...
